About Me

Born in San Diego, California and graduated in Juneau, Alaska; Judy is highly regarded as one of the World's best female tattoo artists. She has been tattooing since 1978 and is also a member of Alliance of Professional Tattooists. She specializes in ocean related topics, but also enjoys many styles and subjects from around the world. I previously owned the Blue Dragon tattoo shop which opened in 1984; Pacific Tattoo has been opened since 1994.
